Where does the boat depart from?
Charters typically depart from Port Zante Marina in Basseterre, St. Kitts. Your confirmation email includes the exact meeting point, check-in time, and a map link with simple walking directions from the cruise ship pier.
I am arriving on a cruise ship. Can I still join a tour?
Yes. Port Zante Marina is a short walk from the cruise ship pier. Departure and return times are planned with cruise passengers in mind. Please share your ship name and arrival time when you book so that the team can double-check timing.
Are the trips private or shared?
Aquamax offers both shared and private options. The experience description will state clearly whether a specific trip is shared with other guests or reserved for your group only. If you prefer a fully private charter, select a “Private” option or contact Aquamax before booking.
What is included in the price?
Inclusions vary by experience, but usually cover the catamaran or power boat, a licensed captain and crew, snorkel gear for applicable trips, and a selection of drinks and light food or lunch on board. The “What is included” section for each experience lists the exact inclusions for that trip.
Is this suitable for children and families?
Many families choose Aquamax for a safe, professionally operated day on the water. Children are welcome, and at least one adult should closely supervise younger children at all times. If you are traveling with very young children or guests with mobility considerations, contact Aquamax before booking so that suitability can be confirmed.
What happens if the weather or sea conditions are poor?
Safety is the first priority. If sea or weather conditions are not suitable, the captain may adjust the route, change the snorkel site, delay departure, or cancel the trip. If Aquamax must cancel due to weather, the team will work with you to reschedule or offer a refund in line with the published cancellation policy.
